Purpose of the Job:

We are looking for a Strategy Jr Manager Middle Market who will be part of this amazing fintech to shape our organization's long-term strategy and develop measures that realize our business objectives. The Strategy Jr Manager will be tasked with assessing organizational performance and implementing processes that improve organizational effectiveness and build a sustainable competitive advantage. You should be familiar with business operations and demonstrate excellent leadership skills.

To be successful as a Strategy Jr Manager Middle Market you should have research experience, an analytical mind and outstanding presentation skills. Ultimately, a top-notch Strategy Manager should be a strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

This candidate must have strong written and verbal communications skills in both English and Spanish, great communication skills and be willing to continue learning.

This candidate must have passion and curiosity about understanding data and then generate insights to make better decisions. Multitasking skill is mandatory.

Education Level & Work Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Actuary, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics or related.
  2. Advanced degree or MBA is preferred (not mandatory).
  3. 4+ years of work experience after completing undergraduate degree in consulting, investment banking, technology startups or business management.
  4. Expertise in industries such as financial services, high-tech, telecommunications, manufacturing, energy, retail, pharmaceuticals, or logistics.
  5. Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  6. Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
  7. Experience in end to end project management is a plus.
  8. Preferred experience in CRM administration and Lead Generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop key initiatives to improve Clip’s value generation capabilities.
  2. Lead workstreams end-to-end to analyze and improve Clip’s channels or products.
  3. Play an active role in strategic business improvement projects or initiatives.
  4. In charge of project management for multiple end to end projects.
  5. Develop and communicate recommendations to leadership and other areas.
  6. Core initiatives would be around market intelligence, sales, tech, engineering, product, marketing and logistics.
  7. Develop all team members around for success, this includes analytical thinking, workstreams management and communication skills.
  8. Take full ownership of work streams
  9. Optimize the Lead Generation strategy Online & Offline
  10. CRM administrator for adjustments and special approval cases
