Purpose of the Job:
We are looking for a Sales Ops executive to be part of this incredible fast-growing Fintech “Clip” with the aim of contributing to the achievement of sales goals through the processes implementation and management.
Education Level & Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 1 year working with a sales area
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation of the processes that allow the right sales operation of Clip Empresas
- Guarantee that the area resources are used in an efficient way, according to Clip values
- Map and improve processes, aligned with the leader
- Generate reports and analysis of the processes managed
- Drive resolution of escalations by working with internal clients, and stakeholders
- Ensure that the sales reps have full understanding of internal processes and how them impact their performance
Technical knowledge:
- Desirable experience in B2B sales.
- Experience in back office areas.
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent communications, writing and presentation skills.
- Ticketing software
- Excel, G-suite, Netsuite
